Process / Item Credits

Our Pricing and strategic support work is based on a credit system, which means you’ll never be verifying time with your Agency. This allows you to pay for deliverables and not the time it takes for us to deliver them.

You as a client will purchase a certain number of credits, which would then be redeemed for specific deliverables or services. This approach can provide more transparency and predictability in pricing for you as a client, as you know exactly what you are paying for and can budget accordingly.

This also incentivises us as the agency to be efficient and productive in our work, as we are not being compensated for the amount of time we spend on a project. Instead, we are rewarded for delivering high-quality work in a timely and efficient manner.
